| Is my computer and software compatible? |

We use both Mac and Windows based operating systems. We can take any Mac or PC version of Quark, Pagemaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, Word and any file output as a PDF. |

| What kind of paper will my job be printed on? |
|

Star Printing have a wide range of paper types available, depending on what you are ordering. The pricing generally varies with the gsm (weight) of the paper: For example, 100gsm stock is a thicker sheet than 80gsm, and cover stock is heavier than text weight stock. |

| How long will it take to get my order? |
|
| |
Standard production turnaround is 7 business days from when your files arrive. Delivery is generally 2 business days depending on your location. |

| What types of storage media do you acccept? |
|
| |
We can take your files on a CD, Zip or Jaz disk. |
|
| Will the final print match the image on my monitor? |
|
| |
If you are viewing through a CRT monitor and it is calibrated correctly you have the best possible chance of a match, but it can never be exact. |
|
| What resolution should my image be for printing? |
|
| |
Any resolution above 150dpi is fine, 300dpi is recommended. |
